"The Satanist" is actually 10th studio album of this band. How it is in compare to previous? People says "good" or "bad" or "average". Actually it is quite good album, melodic, with very interesting lyrics. Worth to be listened, if you like black metal. BTW this band is from Poland - country, which is quite strong in Catholicism, so it is good to see in music another point of view to religion. If you are not familiar with Behemoth music, I would recommend to start from album "Satanica" released in 1999, after listen "Demigod" released in 2004. And then you will be quite a lot prepared to breath inside "The Satanist".
p.s. later check out their LP "Xiądz" and perhaps you will found it as best one...
