As in western hemisphere the reading order is from left to the right a lot ppl use combination as face - hand or face - beer or hand - face - hand or simply throw a local round with beer.
example:
 
Somehow most listener do it intentionally in that order from left to right but actually the mughandle and somtimes the "horns" are wrongsided in that case.
I think it should be easy to mirror the gifs of the mug and the hand via photoshop and add them to the smiley window as bonus (not delete the other).
